Working with old plumbing is challenging. As a Do It Yourselfer, it can be frustrating. After a courtesy call with Bradshaw Plumbing, what I thought would be a hopeless job became possible! I avoid the need to replace an old tub faucet shower set by going to Bradshaw. I needed an old pull knob shower diverter and they had it. When I called to explain the problem, I was met with a courteous knowledgeable lady on the phone. She offered many suggestions and told me to bring the old part in (see first picture). She even covered tips on what to do to avoid potential issues. Meeting her and staff at store did not disappoint. So courteous and helpful. Installed replacement part and the old faucets works without any issue (second picture). Price was excellent too. Can't be any happier! I plan to come back for bigger projects.
