My landlord hired this company. They damaged a wall I have to repaint, a worker stood on a hosta in my garden texting on his phone, the same worker poured some liquid (possibly hand sanitizer?) on my garden, they left my front door unlocked the first night they left and left all the lights on and the basement door open allowing my neighbours rats into my apartment. We can’t say enough about the personal service and friendly staff at Bob Reid heating and air. We just had a technician come to our home on a Sunday night after we came home to a broken furnace and very cold house! He was able to repair the furnace temporarily and said he would be back to repair the part the next day. Great peace of mind to know that the local service is happy to help out when we were in need. We would recommend this company to anyone!

Furnace quit on a cold stormy day two weeks after a"full" inspection from another company. Very highCO2!!
