Replacement of a cedar shake roof and trim
When I had received the quote from the company, I was satisfied because they were highly regarded in the industry. My quote accompanied a five hundred dollar deposit for work in August and the company finally returned my deposit in December. it took numerous calls to the company to get a refund on work that they promised to do, yet were never able to accomplish.
When I first hired the company, they did good work, yet then they were perhaps not as busy. It is apparent that their success is due to being featured on television and they are taking on more jobs than they can possibly manage. In the meantime, I received a quote from Avenue Road Roofing. I know that it is going to cost me more to do the same job, yet I know that it will be done properly and in a timely fashion.

We are not really sure what the complaint is here. We are a busy company, we ended up not being able to complete the job as quoted, we returned the deposit in full. These actions are all consistant with the terms of our contract, which they signed. We have made a formal request to have this comment and its rating deleted, as it has no merit.
