Don't use this company for any repairs or service unless you have money to burn. Our 3 year old Navien water heater required repair to a specific part. Navien's are great as their error codes let you know what the issue is. Belyea charged $124.95 for coming to the house to look at the error code, then an additional $227.00 to replace a $27.00 part for less than 10 minutes of work!!!!! An incredible rip off and a $400 (with tax) lesson to myself and others.
