Bath Fitter renovation of Bathroom shower

We renovated our master bed room standing shower. The workman who did the renovation was absolutely amazing. He did fantastic job. The problem was the hand shower start to leak and happened twice not the problem of the installer, but I believe manufacturing defect. The Bath fitter person who is dealing with it is not super friendly. First time fix was fairly shorted. Second time they sent a cheap pipe and the installer determined that it is not the right one and has to get different one. The lady said that it will take three weeks to get the tube (surprised the same tube is available in multiple local shops) and then they will call and schedule a visit. Super disappointed with the support. I don't know what the motto of life time support mean. I would have expected them to do a better customer support. Imagine even though the problem occurred within first year and the support we got. What kind of support would any one will get if the problem happens after few year. I have used Bath Fitter in Ontario, but the support problem I see is only In Vancouver. Hope who ever the manager addresses the support problem.
