Parker came and explained project and cost. We got exactly as described.
Crew showed up right on time. Job took about 4 days. Guys explained what they were doing as the job progressed.
Workmanship excellent, materials look to be of high quality, left absolutely no mess.
Hoping that this solves the high humidity and potential mold problem.
