Peter Chandler is amazing and reliable. He's not out to gouge you and always there to help regardless of the size of the job! We had a leaky rad and Peter tried every way to repair it without major expense but unfortunately all the "hopeful" solutions didn't work and we ended up having to have it drained and soldered BUT he didn't charge a cent for his first 3 visits to our house! Definitely recommend him!

We had a pipe trickling in the basement bathroom and Balsam Plumbing did a good job replacing it. I was impressed with both the quality of their work and their client service: from the helpful receptionist to the the plumbers, who were curteous and - as mentioned before - always cleaned after themselves. All in all, good experience.

Balsam Plumbing have completed three bathroom renovations for me. They offered helpful suggestions re design, suggested reasonably priced fixtures and connected us with a fabulous ceramic tile man. They are always prompt, polite and well mannered, and clean up after themselves every day. (These three traits are a real bonus when you have small children at home during renovations!)

I have used Balsam Plumbing 4 or 5 times over the past 5 years. I've had small jobs done such as having my drain snaked as well as large jobs such as replacing all of the pipes in my house to copper. The prices are reasonable, the work is always top notch and they are always professional and on time. Peter is the man!

This company is great - the receptionist is friendly and patient, the crew are knowledgable and professional.

Our rads burst and needed an emergency fixed. We called several companies We finally called Balsam Plumbing - the crew were booked solid but still came by to check on our house... they looked at all the rads and released the pressure.. went to the basement and released existing water .. they spent at least 30 minutes on the house and gave us some short term recommendations... they did all this for free.
