Worst customer service ever

I ordered a KitchenAid on December 24, 2020, and have still not received it. First I was told I would receive it mid-February and now I have been told it will me at the end of March. I have written several times and requested a refund or my mixer but keep being told that they have a "all final sales" policy. Yet, I can see the exact same mixer advertised on their website. Why do they advertise it, if they can't even deliver the ones ordered in December of last year? NEVER EVER will I order from them again and I suggest you don't either.

Gas oven Range that does not work

Ordered a Gas Cooking Range on 2nd Jan 2021. They Delivered it Today 5th of Mar 2021 After me calling them about 10 times and on hold for hours. And on the 3rd Everthing was setup for Delivery between 8 to 12. Till 5pm nothing came and so i gave them a call. 1st they told me that they came and the applicane did not fit. 2nd that they had called and nobodys answered. 3rd they found out that it did not get on the truck itself, but all the tracking etc said that mine for the 4th delivery and they were on the way, till i called. Funny after all the confimations and tracking.
I just received it so done with BAD Boys. The name fits for sure.

UPDATE: Recived a Damaged One the oven does not work and they do not replace the full damaged unit, Only Change a part which is. That will take another 10 days they say..

3 weeks became 3 months

2-3 weeks became 3 months!
I contacted them regarding a TV on Dec 1 and they said it was in stock and would be delivered in 2-3 weeks (see attached screenshot)...so I ordered online that instant.
A week later, I could see the order was still "processing" so I called. Service said "oh, no, those are not in stock, will be in end of December". Of course I was furious at having been falsehoods to and threatened to cancel the order. I was informed I couldn't cancel. An hour later, I get a call from Evan (service manager?). I thought great! Taking a proactive approach to an unhappy customer!... Ya, he was anything but helpful. All I got over several communications with him was "Let me see what I can do for you". He did nothing...including returning my calls. He was simply pandering to me and made a bad situation that much worse. To this day, I have no idea what he was hoping to accomplish. I even suggested something simple like an extended warranty as compensation for being told falsehoods. He said "Let me see what I can do"...never heard from him again.
December comes and goes, no update, so I called again. I did manage to speak to someone who was actually helpful who informed me it was looking like mid February. In the end, TV arrived end of February so 3 weeks became 3 months.
To add insult to injury, I had selected wireless earbuds as the "added bonus" when I ordered. The earbuds sent had someone else's name on them and had clearly been used and returned.
I'm not really sure what would inspire me to shop with them again.

Took my money, no stock, no delivery...

Wow, should have come here first. Dec 2020, Bosch dishwasher. Arrival in Jan. No washer. Asked for refund. No refunds. I was told Feb. Feb comes, no washer. No refund. Called visa and opened a case. 5 days later, I get a call from Badboy, its here. Wonderful. Made appointment for two weeks from call as I wanted to be home. I stop the Visa action as its coming (now regret that) On day of delivery, robo call at 7am, truck on its way. I took out old unit, ready.. At 1pm, no truck, I call them, the operators says they cant find my dishwasher. What? So I call the number again. I get a rep who is helpful but in the end, I am told container coming in March 29th. Guess what, date came and went. I call again, now I am told April 12th. Joke. This is not just Covid, this is a pattern of business and the old mayor should be ashamed of what his store does but somehow, I dont think they care.. Run, run away fast...

Be careful and expect no communication

We bought a couch in mid October and were given an 8 week delivery projection. We knew this could be slightly longer due to covid and assumed bad boy would keep us updated.
They did not.
At no time in the following 4 months did Bad Boy initiate contact to let us know the status of our purchase. They had our money and sat in silence as we began to wonder if we had been swindled.
A reached out via all methods (phone, email, facebook, etc) and would get a reply within 2 to 4 days which would always be an update to let us know it would be another 2 to 4 weeks. I asked if those new timeframes could be guaranteed; they could not.
We asked for a refund.
They will repeat that all sales are final and they do no give refunds.
Finally, because of lack of communication, we went to our credit card and asked for a charge back.
That worked and now we can carefully search for our couch with another supplier.
Buyer beware! Be careful, ask them if your item is in stock, and remember that no refunds doesn't mean you can't get your money back if the service is not provided.

Bad Boy is aptly named

On Christmas day, the oven of my 20+ year old gas range stopped working suddenly with the turkey partially cooked. On Boxing day, I searched online for a retailer with stock of a suitable ranges. Lastman's Bad Boy claimed they had 6 of a particular range coming in mid January, and if I ordered right away they would ensure one is allocated to me. So I placed the order. They verbally promised the range by January 15.

Then January 15 came and went with no word.

What followed was an agonizingly difficult effort to get someone from Bad Boy to communicate. Several phone messages and several e-mails went unresponded to. I spoke to someone at head office finally who assured me she would look into it and call me back.

Not a word did I hear.

The order support department had a phone queue. I waited the first time for 30 minutes, without an answer. The second time 45 minutes, no answer.

I called the store and they just put me on hold and left me there.

It was clear Bad Boy was making it intentionally difficult to communicate and actively frustrated anyone from calling.

I had found another merchant who had the range in stock and could deliver it next day. But I wanted the Bad Boy order cancelled first.

I waited 90 minutes on hold, listening to a most annoying music track that makes "it's a small world" a delightful change.

When I finally got a person on the line, he simply said they had ordered the product specifically for me. As such all sales are finally and the order cannot be cancelled. He refused to do anything else.

I started an email and telephone campaign demanding the order be cancelled.

By January 28 someone from head office finally called me. He said they have a corporate policy never to cancel an order. He said he would get me a range. He promised to call me the next day., He gave me his direct line number. I called him the next morning and said even if he finds a range, I won't take it. I didn't want to do business with Bad Boy. I insisted I want the order cancelled. He refused. he said he would call me back in the afternoon.

He called me back, offered several inferior products before finally acquiescing and agreed to cancel the order.

Here a copy of my email that I think might have turned the tide:

"It's a fact I was given a delivery date of mid January, albeit verbally, but I was given this assurance before I ordered the product from you. In this way you have missed your delivery date.

I have always been quite aware of the market conditions the pandemic has caused. I was careful to search out a merchant with a product that was either in stock, or was receiving the stock imminently.

Your sales staff made false representations to that end to induce me to order the product from you.

From your email response you continue to misrepresent the situation. To put it bluntly... you can't be trusted.

I want to believe that the supplier is delaying shipment. But my enquiries with other merchants is they have stock of the particular item. Yet another fact you have misrepresented.

I could order the product from another merchant, but you won't release me from my order.

I want to be patient and wait for the product to be delivered from you, but I have no confidence of when I will get it. I have a range that died on Christmas day. I need the replacement NOW! I don't have the luxury of patience.

Consider that, whenever the product does come in, you will almost certainly find someone else to buy it. so it's not like you are losing money. But you are losing a great deal more by continuing your current course of action.

So, please release me and cancel my order. "

The entire process took over a month.

I have since read many reviews about Lastman's Bad Boy, and there is a common thread:
Their salespeople use pressure tactics and misrepresentations to induce customers to give them the order. Then they make it difficult to communicate with them. There is absolutely no integrity in their business.

The better business bureau currently has an alert to consumers about them. I invite all to read it.

Kitchen Appliances

In November I purchased a fridge, range, dishwasher and range hood for my new home. I was told delivery would be within 2-4 weeks. The range arrived in that time frame and the dishwasher 6 weeks later. I have yet to receive the fridge and range hood and have been told they will not be in stock until JULY! I have called and emailed every department and have been given the run around on multiple occasions. They suggested I switch out the fridge for one that was in stock, which I did and when that one didn't arrive on the delivery date I called and was told this one was now not in stock. I've asked for a refund several times and have been refused. Their customer service and business practices are abysmal.

New Appliances - Not able to deliver and not returning money back

Very disappointed with recent experience with bad boys. It is like nightmare and giving extremely painful time. We recently moved to our new house and before moving we ordered appliances (refrigerator, 2 stove and dish washer) in nov-2020. Sales person mentioned that we will be getting order delivered by end of dec-2020 with commitment and mentioned same on invoices. Till now we did not receive our appliances (1 stove only they delivered which I ordered for other house). We did lots of follow-up calls and their behavior was really shocking. Manager (Mani) never comes on line. Only talked once and promised to call us back and never called again. We tried many times but all the times got response from representatives that he is busy and will us back. So many days we have to eat outside as were not having appliances at all at our new home.
I was continuously talking to you guys and requesting to deliver my order or give me some time frame but your guys saying that you have only one option “Keep Waiting”.
I requested give my money back if you cannot deliver and keep your promises, then your manager said that we cannot return money and it not bad boy policies. Really? What I should do now?
Till now I have not get my money back or my order delivered. No buddy even called us back.
