DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF
I purchased a sectional couch from Badboy on January 16 2021. I was told initially that the delivery time frame was 6-8 weeks which is reasonable. Within 8 weeks, at the end of February I contacted Badboy for an update and I was told I would be contacted in March to arrange for delivery. I followed up March 5 and was told that only half of the sectional (the couch portion) was available for delivery. Delivery was scheduled for March 17. I was told the other half (chaise) would be delivered at the end of March. On March 30 I contacted Badboy and was told that the chaise was out of stock. The representative refused to issue me a refund and refused to take back half of the sectional that was delivered on March 17. After more than an hour on the phone with the agent, I was transferred to speak to a manager by the name of Evan. Evan refused to issue a refund and told me the chaise MIGHT be in stock in July. Evan contacted me back later that day and promised that the chaise would be delivered to their warehouse on April 23. April 26 I contacted Evan and he assured me that there was 1 chaise in their warehouse and that it would be delivered to me today, April 30. I followed up with Evan a few times and he promised the item would be delivered. I waited until 12pm today with no confirmation of delivery. I reached out to Evan and he said the product was not loaded on the truck as it was misplaced in the warehouse. He is literally sending me in circles and he continues to refuse to refund my entire purchase and refused to refund the cost of the chaise. Ashley Homestore has the same sectional in stock and they said they could deliver the couch in 2 business days but Badboy won’t refund me for the order they can’t fill!!! Ashley Homestore also offered to sell me the chaise but Badboy refused to issue me a refund.
I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Their customer service is horrible and all the complaints I have read through the BBB and google have to do with orders that cannot be fulfilled and delivered to customers. Their customer service is horrible and Badboy does not value their customers. They advertise items as in stock in their website and once the order is placed they have nothing but excuses for why they can’t deliver the order. Yet they refuse to offer a refund!!!
