Furniture review in

Ordered a recliner for my elderly parents. Item was delivered but the huge boxes and packing materials were simply left in the driveway. It's not a trivial issue to dispose of such large packing material. I've never had a furniture delivery company not take away boxes and packaging material before.
UPDATE: I upgraded the rating from a 4 to a 9. Within a day, they sent someone back to pick up the boxes.
