Bought a bonded couch this is the second one as the first had quality issues. Just got the replacement one today even worse. To top it off all I ask for is my money back. This is manufacturing issues they have a poor choice in manufacturer and my family has to pay for it. PS talked to your CS just a joke. when you buy something or poor quality or damage you should have the option to get you money back. Never again MEL Never
