I purchased a sectional sofa back in October 2021. It was promised to be delivered by December 2021. Contacted in early January and since then the delivery was pushed back by 1 month every time I called customer service. Finally after some argument in May they canceled the order without my consent and didn't refund the amount. I agents behave rudely and hang up when ask for a refund. Talked with the agent named Jermaine and the manager Nadina and both refused any compensation. I later heard they do this practice with other customers as well. It is actually their policy to hold money from customers and do some other business. I really wonder how they still doing business.
