I was shopping for a dining table set with 4 chairs on Google and found this set on sale at Lastman's Bad Boy on April 26, 2022. Delivery was scheduled on Saturday morning April 30, 2022. It came in two boxes. When I opened it later in the morning. I found the chairs are missing. I called the driver, but it goes to his voice mail. And did not call me back. I wrote to the customer service or delivery service. And they called me back the on Wednesday? And they told me the chairs that come with the table are discontinued. They told me to go to the store and pick the chairs closest to the wood grain and color, and the store will give it to me to take away if they have in stock or have them delivered to my home. We drove to the Bad Store in North York (Finch/Keele). I explained to customer service or sales desk that I came to re-select the chairs. She called over the sales rep to help me select the chairs that I think is similar to dining table set with chairs that I ordered. But the store manager (Mahmoud?) told me that they cannot separate the chairs from the dining table set, and give me the chairs. And he can only offer me $220 store credit for the discontinued chairs. And I have to pay the difference for the chairs if they are available as standalone chairs. He told me to go a different Bad Boy store to see if they have standalone chairs available. I told them I do not want to pay the difference for the 4 chairs. I drove to the Scarborough Bad Boy store (Kennedy and Lawrence), they looked up my order, and told me that I was at their North York Store, I told them what happened there, and see what is available in the Scarborough store. Suganiya was helpful and understand that the chairs I select will not match exactly to the dining table color and wood grain. So she suggest that she escalate this to the online business manager. And that online business manager would reach out to me Monday or Tuesday. I heard nothing from Bad Boy, so I called Suganiya and told her that the manager did not call. And she told me that the manager had left her a message to tell me to take the dining table back to the store and re-select another dining table set with chairs. And pay the difference. Or cancel the order, and they come pick up the table. I told her that this is not acceptable. I bought this for my wife just in time for the Mother's day. And this is what she like. Suganiya understand and she will escalate to business manager, and assured me that I will get a call from the business manager. Today is Friday May 13th, and still no call from Bad Boy yet.
