We had the entire kitchen re-done and it was a great experience, turned out really well. There were some issues with delay but they figured it out. I had to elevate the convo but it all worked out, no issues.

I was the architectural designer for an extensive home renovation.
I had developed preliminary kitchen drawings, and together with my client, worked closely with Kirth Manku at Aya Kitchens head office.
She quickly grasped what we wanted and worked out a thorough clean contemporary design in walnut and white glass. She also went to considerable lengths to deliver the custom elements we wanted within our budget. A professional approach throughout this process. The Aya installer was also very skilled, and any deficiencies were promptly resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other clients and colleagues.

AyA helped design and install a full custom kitchen and provided in home consulting, which allowed for us to also choose the size and finish and dimensions of our cabinets. The install was good, very professional, fast, clean and courteous. Four out of 5 overall because I was disappointed with the warranty on their cabinets.

My husband Jamie and I just wanted to share some very positive feedback about one of your employees, Joe.

We recently purchased a home from Legend Estates in Acton, and started working with Joe back in June to start designing all of the cabinetry throughout our new home (i.e. kitchen, master en suite bathroom, main bathroom, powder room, servery, and laundry room).

As Joe will tell you (and as we will openly admit!), working with us has not been easy. We have changed our minds on multiple occasions, been indecisive about various selections, and have put Joe's patience to the test to say the very least! However, Joe has always remained an absolute pleasure to work with despite all of the hurdles we've thrown at him. Never once has he shown us any frustration; he has always been in great spirits; and he has continued to gently guide and help us along the way without ever making us feel uncomfortable or distressed about the situation. All of our changes have undoubtedly resulted in a lot of rework on Joe's end, but as mentioned already, he never made us feel the burden of this impact and always worked through all of our requests very respectfully. He truly is a model employee and his efforts should be recognized by your team as they set a great example of what it means to be in 'customer service'. He is also very knowledgeable and excellent at what he does, so we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him.

Amy, at Aya Kitchens, is an excellent designer and can be relied on to listen to the client needs, select the appropriate door styles, hardware and also recommend the best drawer hardware for full opening drawers.
She gives great consideration to the functional design of the space, the aesthetics and watches the details like a hawk.
I would definitely use her services again and recommend her to others.

We recently moved into our new builder home, got the builder install gutted completely and went with an Aya Kicthen... We were impressed with the selection but really what did it for us was how much better their prices were. Lovely kitchen and at a fraction of the cost the builder was charging us to upgrade(plus we used the builder kitchen in the basement)... awesome service Aya... thanks - Jay

Good design, good quality cupboards, very poor execution. Missed a deadline defined at time of sale (it was just a wedding, nothing important). Left some electrical outlets loose in wall, and uncovered. Used a single switch to light 3 counter surfaces and a pantry. I guess additional switches would have bankrupted them. After they left, they would not communicate with us to fix deficiencies.
