fantastic work. Replaced tar shingled, bay window roof with copper-colored aluminum roof. Reasonable estimate considering the work involved. Bobby S, who specializes in these kinds of roofs, was amazingly fast, very detail oriented, and the quality results were much better than expected. And a super nice guy.

The 3rd storey windows on our home were trimmed in wood by the original builder. My wife and I were concerned that the wood would eventually rot leading to more costly repairs and maintenance. We contacted Avenue Road Roofing and they gave us a quote to cover the existing wood trim with aluminum. When the time for the install came, Tony (one of the installers) had a suggestion on how to tweak the installation of the aluminum to make it better looking than the original proposal. Not only did Tony and his crew do an amazing job, but the design changes did not change the overall project cost. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work by Tony and Sunny.

I needed some repair work done for my roof. Avenue roofing showed up on time and were very professional. After the work was done a couple of the repair items needed a bit of ‘touch up.’ I spoke with Jason who was great to deal with. He was very professional and told me he would have someone out to take a look.

Tony showed up at my house a day or two later and was able to fix my issue. He took his time and finished the repair properly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is my second project with Avenue Road Roofing and I continue to be impressed with their professionalism. Joe provided a timely quote and and Jason kept me updated on when the work would start. On the day of the project, Tony and Sunny were incredible. They took the time to ask me questions and confirm I was satisfied with the work. Avenue Road Roof did an excellent job on our home. The roof needed reshingling and in one area slate replacement. The house is more than 100 years old, with high steep roofs and little room between adjacent properties. Avenue Road Roofing had the right experience for this work. Their senior consultant, Matthew, took the time to explain how the work would be done, and their project coordinator, Jason, stayed in touch as the work progressed, and was quick to reply to emails. The crews were courteous and competent, and were careful of my and my neighbours’ property. The final result was just what we had hoped for. I strongly recommend Avenue Road Roofing.

We signed our contract in the fall to lock in a good price and had the work done in the spring. During the winter our roof leaked quite a bit and Avenue road Roofing--especially Kaz was there for temporary repairs. We needed to have the work done in a short time so a double team came and worked from very early until late in the day. There was very little noise so the neighbours did not really notice the replacement except for the blocked driveway. The team --Roberto, Daniel, Victor, Joaquin, Nally and Uziel--worked around our requests and left the place clean both days. Their dumpster damaged our driveway interlock and they fixed it to more than our expectations. Our garage door stayed open for a long time and the battery ran out, so the team helped us break into our own garage to repair it. They did it without causing any visible damage after a very long and hot day's work. Avenue Road Roofing has been our roofers for the past 20 years and their workmanship is excellent.

This is my third time hiring Avenue Road for exterior work on my house. I have a very old house, and the jobs are always tricky. I wouldn't trust any other company to do roofing, siding, and exterior work. As always, they are reliable and do great quality work. Phil is knowledgeable and provides honest, fair quotes. Tony and Sunny, the aluminum experts, always do a fantastic job. Jason is so pleasant to deal with over the phone. Highly recommend Avenue roofing for all exterior work. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We needed to replace the shingles on our roof. We hired Avenue Road because we were impressed by the presentation and attention to details. The crew did a great job (on a hot day) and ensured our property was cleaned up after. We were also impressed by the next day visit of a representative to check the installation and make sure we were happy with the work. I had asked them to investigate a bulge in the roof line while they were removing the tiles and they sent me a follow-up email about the issue. Overall, the company deserves its reputation.

I want to thank Avenue Road roofing for their excellent work and customer service. We had our entire roof and eavesdrops completed with them and we turned to them again for gutters and flashing installed on our shed recently. Tony and Kas were excellent to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable and always responded to our calls. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. I will never hesitate to call them again if needed.
