Avenue Road Roofing

We signed our contract in the fall to lock in a good price and had the work done in the spring. During the winter our roof leaked quite a bit and Avenue road Roofing--especially Kaz was there for temporary repairs. We needed to have the work done in a short time so a double team came and worked from very early until late in the day. There was very little noise so the neighbours did not really notice the replacement except for the blocked driveway. The team --Roberto, Daniel, Victor, Joaquin, Nally and Uziel--worked around our requests and left the place clean both days. Their dumpster damaged our driveway interlock and they fixed it to more than our expectations. Our garage door stayed open for a long time and the battery ran out, so the team helped us break into our own garage to repair it. They did it without causing any visible damage after a very long and hot day's work. Avenue Road Roofing has been our roofers for the past 20 years and their workmanship is excellent.

This is my third time hiring Avenue Road for exterior work on my house. I have a very old house, and the jobs are always tricky. I wouldn't trust any other company to do roofing, siding, and exterior work. As always, they are reliable and do great quality work. Phil is knowledgeable and provides honest, fair quotes. Tony and Sunny, the aluminum experts, always do a fantastic job. Jason is so pleasant to deal with over the phone. Highly recommend Avenue roofing for all exterior work. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

We needed to replace the shingles on our roof. We hired Avenue Road because we were impressed by the presentation and attention to details. The crew did a great job (on a hot day) and ensured our property was cleaned up after. We were also impressed by the next day visit of a representative to check the installation and make sure we were happy with the work. I had asked them to investigate a bulge in the roof line while they were removing the tiles and they sent me a follow-up email about the issue. Overall, the company deserves its reputation.

I want to thank Avenue Road roofing for their excellent work and customer service. We had our entire roof and eavesdrops completed with them and we turned to them again for gutters and flashing installed on our shed recently. Tony and Kas were excellent to deal with. They were courteous, knowledgeable and always responded to our calls. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them. I will never hesitate to call them again if needed.

Avenue Road Roofing shingled our roof in 2008. This month (Aug 2021) one of the shingles came down in a windstorm and Kas and Tony at Avenue Road Roofing came the next day and replaced it for free. That's what I consider excellent customer service!

EXCEPTIONAL WORK FROM START TO FINISH!

I would like to express my appreciation for a job well done to all those at Avenue Road Roofing. I had a complete roof replacement, and all went above and beyond my expectations. During my first interaction with Andre, who did an assessment and gave me an estimate, I felt very comfortable and at ease -- no “hard sell.” I found him to be very professional and congenial. He is a pleasure to deal with, and is always available to respond to any queries.

The first person to show up on site was Malcolm. He dropped off the trailer with all the necessary supplies. One would be hard-pressed to meet a nicer man. He also returned after the job was complete to do a final cleanup, which was impeccable!

When the actual work was carried out, a very capable crew of six showed up on site. They did a terrific job from start to finish, including cleanup. I was very impressed with their efficiency and accuracy.

I have already received numerous compliments on how wonderful the roof looks. In particular, all like the color of the shingles (Pewter), and how well it appears to be constructed.

On the following Monday, a crew of two came to inspect the work that had been done. They gave it the seal of approval. Moreover, Andre returned to follow up as well. He addressed one question I had to my complete satisfaction. Andre is a true asset to Avenue Road Roofing.

Overall, I highly recommend Avenue Road Roofing. They’re not the least expensive by any means, but are definitely the best. Bravo!

I had water coming into my house through the kitchen ceiling & Avenue Road Roofing, which installed my roof in April 2008, sent Kas & Joe to identify and repair the site of the leak. They came several times, working indefatigably, until we finally thought the problem was fixed. Unfortunately a rainstorm proved that this was not the case. As Joe is now on holiday Kas returned today with Tony & after more water testing eventually they located and repaired the place where the water was entering the roof space. Throughout this experience everyone who dealt with my problem has been professional & friendly - I would like to thank Kas, Joe & Tony - and Clare, the lady who answered my anxious phone calls with friendly concern.

We've used Avenue Road Roofing three times in the past 15 years. Twice for skylight repair/replacement (two different ones) and once for our roof (total replacement t). We were happy with all services provided each time. The team is punctual, polite and very focused on delivering a good job. We'd use them again.

Avenue Road Roofing is a very professional company and easy to work with. Matthew, the Sales Rep. was able to supply all the information we needed to select the right materials to build a new roof over our porch, and select the right colours for our eavestrough soffit fascia and frieze board.
Toby, the Site Supervisor went above and beyond to watch over the entire renovation as well as meeting with the City Inspector.
John built the roof with great detail.
Tony and Sunny were excellent with the installation of the eavestrough and meticulous with the soffit and fascia details on the porch.

Had our roof done by Avenue Road in 2017. Had shingles fall off in 4 different spots recently. Sent Avenue Road a message Thursday evening. Got a call back on Friday morning. They came and fixed it Saturday afternoon. Love this company. Great service, awesome to deal with.
