Avenue Road Roofing

After last week's wind storm, I discovered a ripped out skylight on the side of our 3 story house. I immediately assumed that this was the new skylight that had been installed together with our new roof last summer. I called, and despite it being 8pm on a Friday evening, Kas returned my call, and was out at our home a half hour later! Kas climbed up onto the roof, and discovered that the skylight was our neighbor's not ours (impossible to see our skylight from the street)!. While this experience demonstrated more then a little stupidity on my part, it highlighted the excellent service that one can expect from Avenue Roofing, not only when the roof is installed (see my earlier review), but afterwards too. It's comforting to know that our roof is backed up by such a professional, responsive and caring organization!
