The initial installation of the large York Affinity heat pump was not done solidly, but when I called Atlas they had a photo of it and promptly did a proper install. The unit works fine, but it was the support that concerned us. Very pleased at their work and attitude.

Rick, the technician from Atlascare arrived on time. He serviced the heat pump, checked the furnace area to ensure that the humidifier and air purifier were working properly, and adjusted the thermostat. And removed the leaves stuck in the heat pump.
He was very polite and respectful and personable.
We have a maintenance plan with Atlascare. We paid for the air filter and lamp for the air purifier.

They discovered my problem. It was a faulty dishwasher nothing they could help with. However I was very impressed with their service . Very clean efficient and great communication.
