Unbelievable service!! Germain arrived on time. Very cordial, friendly, very professional. Superlative service. Never had a rep educate me the way Germain did. Explained what he did, why he did it, and what benefits I might expect as a result. Also, took time to educate me about my system. Never experienced that before!
