Atlascare is the most consistently awesome company we have ever worked with. We have used them many times and for many properties.
This time Sam came to do the furnace check and he was super on time, polite and with the standard carpets and booties to keep our floors clean. He also did a few extra checks and fixes on top of the furnace care and showed me how to increase efficiency. On his great service and advice, we will have him back in spring for air conditioner maintenance.
For our 2nd appointment we had Alex and Andrew come to do our duct cleaning (we do every 4 years) and our dryer vent clean out (we do every year) and they were both energetic, polite, efficient, clean, super respectful and did a thorough job. We are confident with Atlas as they have a dedicated culture that strives for excellence - they hire and train great people and keep their vehicles and service equipment at a top standard and in great working order. 5 Stars plus for sure.
