New Furnace / AC with ongoing maitenance
We made the deicision togo w/ AtlasCare todo our new HVAC 2 years ago. They were not cheapest, but I truly the believe the highest quality. A few reasons we choose AtlasCare
1. They did a proper room by room heat requirements / cooling requirements to accurately size the equipment
2. They recommended a 2 stage solution vs continuously variable given age (and leaks) inherent in our home... they could have charged more for the latest technology, but they explained why we wouldn't benefit from it.
3. The installation was professional.
Last week Nimo Mansouri came todo our summer mtce. As part of the new furnance they do winter and summer tune up. Nimo and 3 little helpers (my 2 and 4 year old, and me) who bombarded him w/ questions. Nimo did a thorough job, but was also friendly and engaging w/ the kids.
I would happily recommend AtlasCare for the capabilities on new furnace and ongoing maitenance
