Our boiler was 18 yrs old and not efficient. The first floor apartment was sweltering in winter and the second floor freezing. We had several quotes from people but settled on Atlas because Ron was so thorough in his assessment and spoke in definite terms. He was also the only one to suggest that we could split off the boiler to work both floors independently. He was not the cheapest but we felt very confident with him. There was one small issue that happened the weekend after they installed it and on Monday they were there. Resolved it quickly. Ron and his team were very respectful and thorough from start to finish. I even had him recommend his electrician who is equally as great as Atlas! This company has given us some faith back that there are decent trades and service people in Toronto.
We plan to use them again in the Spring for ductless ACs.
