Pretty cold these days, so when the fan on my furnace fan went out, it need to be fixed right away.
Atlas came over and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board. Since there was a bit of heat coming in - not an emergency. But rather than make me wait for another appointment, the tech drove back to the office right away - picked up the right part and came right back. Most companies would not go to those lengths - I am very appreciative and VERY impressed.
