July 16, 2024 - much more work than anticipated. Other minor plumbing repairs completed as agreed. Amir was courteous, helpful, co-operative and professional. Very satisfactory.
July 17, 2024 - Daniel & Don completed the troublesome part. Extras and final cost a little unclear between different technicians on the 2 days: better with same crew for whole job. Final paperwork outstanding from 16th. Nevertheless, all well qualified, courteous, helpful and professional.
July 19, 2024 - final paperwork received - extras and final costs as originally agreed & acceptable.
