Gusmeet did a furnace check and general annual service quietly, quickly and neatly - exactly what I want. My only criticism is that although this is included in an inclusive service plan, I had to call and prompt the office that this had not yet been done this year; their excuse was a new computer system.
The $1.00 cost is nonsense - a number is demanded, but this service is part of a plan, and it makes no sense to quote the plan cost, since it includes parts and labour in the event of a breakdown.
