We have used Atlantic in two houses now to replace our windows...the windows themselves are great quality. Our neighbour liked them as well and used Atlantic. They filled out the form that we referred them to Atlantic so we would qualify for this program. Their windows etc also look nice, the job included new entry doors as well, it must have been a $20,000+ job (using what we paid as a baseline). That was a year and a half and 5 or more conversations with their office manager Ellie saying that the cheque would be processed and sent out right away. I won't be referring Atlantic to anyone who asks. Loyalty program my eye ! Sent 20K+ in business their way and they can't even make good on a crummy $200 that they advertise as a program they support.
