I called Locksmith Express and Rado gave me a competitive quote to rekey and install four locks, including drilling for new deadbolts without even putting my call on hold. He needed only one day notice and arrived on time to do the work. He took some extra time and adjusted my front door as well so it would latch smoother. I would use him again without hesitation and will recommend him to friends and neighbours Thanks Rado

I used the Homestar's online wizard (first time) to obtain a quote for a frameless glass shower door. I liked it, I received three quotes, Tony from Precision Glass was the first one to come and measure. His quote was more competitive than the other two that I received. Tony took the time to explain how he could install the door and the pros / cons of a few different approaches. I paid my deposit, Tony said it would take two weeks and he was right on time. The install was this morning and it looks great. Tony also mentioned if we have issues, just to give him a call and he would come back not problem ... hopefully there will not be any. Happy with the look of the new door.

We have used Atlantic in two houses now to replace our windows...the windows themselves are great quality. Our neighbour liked them as well and used Atlantic. They filled out the form that we referred them to Atlantic so we would qualify for this program. Their windows etc also look nice, the job included new entry doors as well, it must have been a $20,000+ job (using what we paid as a baseline). That was a year and a half and 5 or more conversations with their office manager Ellie saying that the cheque would be processed and sent out right away. I won't be referring Atlantic to anyone who asks. Loyalty program my eye ! Sent 20K+ in business their way and they can't even make good on a crummy $200 that they advertise as a program they support.

Very professional at each encounter. Jason great when providing the quote and did not rush in answering my questions. Made my decision based on that meeting and the reviews here on Homestars. Had to wait longer than I would have liked to get the work done because these guys are in demand. On the day of the install, Syd and Rob were very polite and respectful, taking lots of care. I was invited several times to inspect the work part way though the process and again at the end, including the feeder machine in the truck. Very happy with their work, its nice to get what you pay for !
