I visited the store three times picking out new furniture for my house. I could not believe how many stores are on Dundas in Mississauga. After about twelve stores I had narrowed it down to four. After meeting and speaking with Jeff Ware the manager at the Mississauga branch I got him to give me a discount. I was happy with the staff at the store, they didn't pressure me to buy or mislead about sales ending. I also felt that Jeff really wanted my business and was going to look after me if he got it and he did. All around great furniture, great prices don't be afraid to ask the sales rep to talk to the manager might get you a little extra.

From the time we went in there the staff was very helpful. when they put the order through they thought there was a dresser in stock and it wasn't. apparently the product was discontinued. So to meet customer satisfaction they got hold of the manufacture who made the dresser and convinced them to make one for us. great Job!

On Aug 17th 2010 my wife and I purchased a King size bedroom set. We specifically asked if the bed was available in King and if the bed required a box spring, since we had a mattress set. The sales rep said the bed required a box spring so we went with the set. At the time of purchase we find out that the bed is not available and won't be until mid October and he'd give us a bed frame to tie us over. We said fine, paid our cash and went on our way, only to discover that the contract now stated Mid November for delivery and we got charged for the temporary bed frame. When we got our dressers there was an issue, so my wife called the company explained the situation and they said they'd call back in 2 hours which ended up being 2 weeks later. At the end of November my wife called to find out the status of the bed delivery, only to be advised that they had the bed but it couldn't be delivered for another few weeks. We received our bed on December 29th, Only to find out that it was not compatible with a box spring! I went in to speak to a manager on December 30th and was advised by the assistant manager that the rep that sold us the bedroom suite was fired for misinforming
customers, and to come in later that day to speak to the manager. I went in and spoke to the manager with no resolution, and was asked to go home and await a call from the general manager that night or early the next morning, NO phone call. so I went back in to the store only to be told that they will not refund for their error and they would give us a store credit. So in the end were forced to pay for a bed upgrade. However the bed will not be delivered for another 4-6 weeks. I am not impressed or satisfied with this as we have been more than patient considering the wait time we've been waiting for responses. I've had enough with their treatment.

Sideboard was badly damaged, we sent photos to show Travis at customer service, he did not respond until we called and called. Finally, I spoke to Alexis, she said it would be replaced, that it would take a couple of weeks for the sideboard to come in. It has been a month, we still have not recieved a call about replacement. The sideboard is still sitting in our living room! Terrible company, should be out of business. There should be some regulation of these companies ripping people off. As well, they deceived us at the showroom,never mentioned the furniture had to be assembled.

I just had my king bed, night tables, dresser, mirror, sofa 2 love seats, chairs, dining table china hutch and a whole bunch of lovely accent tables and chairs delivered and I cant beleive the wonderful service I received. It took the men four hours and my home now looks Perfect. Do yourself a favour and go see Jeff Ware at Arrow Furniture on Dundas Thanks for all your help HILDA LOVES ARROW and HER NEWLY FURNISHED HOME! ! !! !! ! ! ! ! !

In 2009 on Sunday before Christmas I paid full price for dresser and mirror, including delivery. Got that furniture on Saturday. Next day during the assembling found that dresser has broken support under big drawer (big crack). Also a face panel of drawer was cracked. On Monday called Customer Service to replace Dresser. Answer wait for representative to check and confirm defect. Technician came on next Saturday, offered to fix that problem. Next visit he put glue. I was unsatisfied and requested to change. Later complained to Better Business Bureau. No results. In March 2010 finally Arrow refused to change dresser saying that glued crack even better than solid wood.
So, I paid full price for new furniture, but got broken refurbished without any cash back. It is like you bought a new car and instead new you have got car repaired in body shop.

Delivery was delayed 6 weeks, furniture was delivered broken, tried 3 times and kept sofa for 2 weeks, couldn't fix it properly and finally after argument refused to fix it any further and said go to court.
Service rep tried to fool us by not saying the truth.

It's your choice.

At this point I had been to 20 different furniture stores. I was having trouble finding something that fit into my new finished basement. The Brick tried no luck thankfully it didnt fit, I found something way better and way more affordable at Arrow in Mississauga. The manager "Jeff" even came over to my house and measured the space to make sure it fit. Great service, great price equals BEST SUPER BOWL PARTY EVER...... Thanks everyone at ARROW FURNITURE.....

After service is a real real pain. The service staff sitting in Toronto is very rude. If you are talking to Carmen, watch out. You better prepare yourself for some legal crackdown with this person. I bought an expensive dining table set from Arrow and we found a crack running right through one of the extension leafs on the table. After 3 weeks of following up with them, finally they sent someone to look into it. The guy took some photos and said they would get back in a week or two. It was more than a month and nobody called. I had to follow up and then they accepted that they have to repair it. Fair enough!! They took the whole table leaf ( they left the legs) saying that they have to colour match it.

When the table came back after 3 weeks, the colour of the table was totally changed!! Initially when I bought it was a double color table and now there was this deep maroon color which looked absolutely awful. More than that was the fact that the table was not stained but baked and caked. It was like somebody went with a paint brush and painted the whole table.

I called Arrow right away and told them and they asked me to send me photos. I sent them the photos and at the same time, I went to Arrow Furniture in Brampton and spoke to the manager there. I actually carried a leaf all the way from my house to the store and showed him the piece and he was shocked!!! He said he will put in a word to the service dept.

A week later Carmen called me up and said that the repair is according to the standards!! What crap!!! I am planning to go legal on these guys on the consumer court. I will try one last time with the manager at Brampton and if he doesnt help me out of this, I am planning to send the pictures over to all the newspapers in a day or two. Being in newspaper retailing helps a lot!!

Company took my money, did not deliver the products on time, though clearly mentioned on the receipt which was my pre condition of buying from there, did not want to cancel order, not at all cooperative,rude behaviour, no courtesy of response to the phone calls for 6 days. This kind of business is not liked by people. I had to buy the bed rooms furniture and mattress also, but the attitude frustrated me though I spent 7300$ cash for the furniture for living room only . 3 items not delivered and the sofa delivered had wrong legs. No cooperation, no helpful attitude. Shall be going to Media soon.
