Sandea at Brampton said this was not covered under warranty as its nature of leather but it's a dent in back of couch and everyone that sees this says the same that fabric is damaged but they didnt care and refused to do anything about it. I will be taking further action. I bought a new couch and should get a new couch not damaged one...terrible treatment after spending hard earned money to get a couch with dents on back of it...consider purchasing from them as they DON'T STAND BEHIND WARRANTY

Recently downsized from a house to a condo. Wanted new furniture as my existing furniture was over 40 years old and far too large. I decided to go with Izzy from Arrow Furniture as other friends and family raved about his expertise and stylistic flair. Well, I found Izzy very knowledgeable, patient with a great sense of style. The level of expertise is unparalleled in the retail furniture space, and this type of service is as innovative as it gets. Instead of my wife and I having to forge through dozens of ideas, styles and manufacturers, Arrow Furniture took the guess and leg work out and tabled (mind the pun), several options that we conferred on as a group until finalizing the design.

We are extremely happy with the timely and cost-effective result and would not hesitate to use both Arrow Furniture for product, and their built-in consultation service for advice, again and again, as well as refer to friends and family. This type of value-add is almost unheard of in today's tough environment.

Amazing store with excellent service. Izzy showed me options to furnish every room in my house, and even came out to my home to measure and make suggestions. He also sent me manufacturer options which weren't available yet in any showroom. Pricing was fair and delivery/set-up was hassle free as promised. I can't recommend them enough.

I Just Purchased a Tea Table and a Console Glass at Arrow Furniture. Had a Fantastic experience. My Salesperson Gurpreet was extremely helpful and a awesome staff member. She took great care of me and my mom all the way thru the purchasing process and even after once it arrived.

Warning warning! Never waste your money and your time with them!!!

We bought a table for 4678$ in November of 2021 for our new place, and from the day we received it, till now we have problem with the table. The day we received it we found that the table is scratched and poorly finished.
We called costumer service, and they sent us somebody who was claiming he is a professional, and he could not fix the table. Unbelievably, he caused more damage to the table!!!! We took a picture and sent it to the customer service, and they sent us some people again to fix the table! Guess what? They came to the front door and found the stands for the table they brought with them were broken, so they left!!! We called them and they said we will finish it in May! Nobody showed up! We called them again and they said we will be there in early June, and now they told us we will fix it in July!! It is unbelievable!

We strongly suggest not to buy from Arrow Furniture! The product and the customer service are not professional at all!
