My fridge suddenly stopped working on a Saturday morning. I called this company to help assess and fix the problem. The person came over looked around and said 'sorry I dont know how to fix this, its a computer based problem that needs special tools'. Packed up and asked me to pay for coming in and not fixing the problem! Being a single mother with 2 young kids, I didnt want any hassle and reluctantly paid by cheque $84.75. It was disappointing that not only did he fix but asked to pay for coming in to assess (drove from Milton to Oakville).
Within 2 hours I found another contact (from Toronto) and he immediately detected the problem, called a store to purchase the part, picked it up from Mississauga and came in first thing Sunday morning to fix it. This is what I call perfect service. Reliable, honest and effective.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to contact Appliance Depot Milton.

Having recently moved in, I needed someone to assist me with installing my new dishwasher. After checking online and forums, I came across David from Appliance Depot.

Upon my initial conversation with David, I did not need to contact another individual to install the dishwasher. He was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be asked in order to properly and efficiently install the dishwasher. He was upfront with the cost of the installation and made sure to explain the reasons behind it. He was able to take down all of the necessary information and within a couple of days, he was at the house installing the appliance.
