Angel Restoration Inc

Sadly, there are unprofessional companies in the business of cleaning carpets and restoring water damaged properties. Last March, a film company almost canceled a five figure contract in one of my downtown Vancouver rental suites, and I almost lost a client because of their negligence -can't name the celebrity due to privacy, sorry- . She came to work here for 6 months, but Angel Restoration didn’t fulfill its commitment to clean a water-damaged wool carpet in time. They actually left the carpets in worse shape than before the flood. So much so that they had to be replaced. Angel Restoration doesn't take responsibility for the damage and doesn't answer my emails. Run from this company.

All email regarding job have gone unanswered to this point and we are now two months past the incident. When I went into my unit to see how the demolition was going, the materials had not been removed as promised and the items on my patio which I was told would not be touched, were all thrown around items piled on top. My plants died from being put under cover.
I felt that I was treated very disrespectfully especially considering the already stressful situation that I was going through.
They are contracted for the rebuilding and we are left hoping for the best.

Angel had to come back twice still not clean and the areas that were cleaned ended up looking worse than before they were cleaned. I tried to contact them several times and they refuse to return my calls
