The staff at amazing blinds were extremely helpful at their showroom and wanted to ensure that the choice we made was the best solution. They delivered on time and arrived for installation on time as well. Professional all the way and a very high quality product!

We recently moved into a new house and the temporary blinds weren't cutting it anymore, so we decided it was time for real window coverings. We found Amazing Window Fashions online - we came to the showroom to get a better idea of what product we wanted in our home. Because we were starting from scratch, Alan was really patient with us. He explained the different options we had, showed us multiple styles within our budget. In the end, we decided to do shutters throughout, it was the best decision we could have made. We absolutely love how they look in our home. Our overall experience with Amazing Window Fashions was excellent. We are happy with the customer service, the install, and look of the product. We couldn't be happier with how all of our windows look. The quality is fantastic and from sales to instal everything was easy and smooth. We hired Amazing Window Fashions to do all of the windows in our home about a year and a half ago. Alex and Alan were amazing. We got a great price and lots of advice. We had a few "tricky" spots we weren't sure how to deal with.

For example, my daughter's room had one of those half-circle windows and I knew I wanted shutters but I hated the fan look that I've seen before. Alex was able to show us shutters that fit that window in a horizontal fashion that would mimick the shutters below it. I loved it!

Another example was our kitchen sliding door. I wanted something clean-lined and didn't take up space in our kitchen. I had no idea the Maxxmar vertical shades existed. They're amazing! Up and out of the way when you're using the sliding door or just want a clear view of the backyard when the kids are playing outside. But you also have privacy when they're down and the option of some light coming through or complete privacy. The material is so nice and they're pretty inexpensive for such a great solution!

We also purchase Hunter Douglas pirouettes for our main floor. The material is luxurious and they look great. We also have the Hunter Douglas top down/bottom up honeycomb blind in our bedroom for total darkness and a rich look that makes it feel like a beautiful curtain without the hassle, dust build-up, and fuss.

Overall, Alex and Alan gave us amazing service, a great price, wonderful products and making appointments was quick and easy. I would highly recommend them!

Update: we had all of our doors replaced last week and Alex came back to uninstall/reinstall all of the applicable shutters and blinds in our necessary timelines for a small fee. Everything looks great!

I placed a fairly large order with this company after reading the reviews on this site and visiting their extensive showroom. Alan was great when he came to our house; he provided sound advice and I am very pleased with the result. We ended up using Hunter-Douglas Nantuckets and the Polywood shutters in various rooms. I was also very impressed with the installation provided by Alex and the care he took to explain the use of the window coverings.

What really impressed me was that Alex indicated that the shutters for my laundry room and my sons' room were not the right size, and that they had to be re-made. He told me he would do his best to have them in by Christmas, and he and Alan came out on Dec. 24 to ensure that I did have them by then (even though he was leaving on vacation that day). Very much appreciated!

This was our second time working with Amazing Window Fashions. The first time was 4 years ago when we outfitted our 2-story brand new build with Amazing’s Polywood Shutters. We loved the clean look & their quality was great! A few months ago, we moved into another home which had horizontal blinds on the 2nd floor. We didn’t hesitate to call Alex and Alan back to install the same Polywood we had in the last house. Alex, Alan and the team have superior customer service. The office was prompt in making an appointment for us, the shutters were delivered an installed in the promised timeline and they keep the rooms as clean as they were before they entered. Alex & Alan also guided us through the shutter designs for both homes which had unusually large windows and transoms. I would definitely recommend working with Amazing as their products, quality & customer service is superb!
