Alpine Roofing

Alpine roofing was available when I needed them, and responded very quickly to quote and complete my roof (1 point).

Immediate reaction: The roof looked very good, and I could tell the shingles would last for a long time. The team assigned to our home were very messy, and left an absolute pile of garbage behind after the job. They did not tarp-off the area around our home, so even today I am out picking up roofing nails and shingle pieces from our flower-beds and grass... Make sure you are clear that they need to clean-up after themselves and use tarps to cover the area surrounding the home.

UPDATE: Since the install we have had a couple of leaks... They did not put flashing around our dormers, and the shingles were poorly installed near the eaves (we have had major pest problems since the new roof went on). Although they did come back for some follow-up work, we will be getting another company back to remedy their issues. Would not recommend...

We had three crews from Alpine work on this project: Shingles, Flat roof and eaves/soffits/siding. We are very pleased. Crews we're polite, worked efficiently and professionally. A job well done. We would recommend Alpine.

Flat roof portion was done well however work on shingled roof left much to be desired. I came home to find the workers lounging in my front yard drinking beer!

Their crew for flat roofs is excellent. Good workmanship, quality materials and great price. There was a small mix up with type of material to be used on roof, but once identified they fixed the problem and put the right layer on with no additional charge. Renato was the estimator and he is very professional and easy to work with.

Replaced roof but left a mess. Workers looked like homeless people and very rude. Blocked our driveway and yelled at our neighbours when they wanted to go out. Workers very unfriendly, rude, couldn't speak english. Very disappointed at the unprofessionalism and staff.

Recently we had a new roof installed on our house, best quote around by a couple thousand dollars. Once the roofing team arrived they worked seamlessly together, everyone had a specific task to do. They were up on the roof in no time removing old shingles, while the ground crew was preparing the area with tarps to protect the shrubs and patio areas. All done in one day, hey the weather helped too!!!
Well done Alpine....we would use you again, but not sure if we will be here in 30 years or so, if your 35 year warranty on the shingles holds up.

Had a leak in the roof. Called Alpine Roofing. Joe came to the house and repair the leak . and added missing shingles where needed. He doubled checked the roof for other problems. Did the job in one day . Good job.

We asked 5 companies for quotes. They gave a great quote as we were doing 3 homes on the same street (3 different owners). Stayed exactly as quoted. Their team was very friendly. Work around the chimney was done very well. Total clean up done afterward. Done on-time.
