Alliance Floor Source

I have hardware and laminate floor installed by Alliance Floor Source this summer.

Susan is a very pleasant sales/marketing lady to work with. She has good sense of color coordination and good knowledge of different floor material. And she is very patient and understanding. She is very helpful.

I am very impressed by the professional way Lahel has shown from site visiting prior to the sale, after the sale and installation management. I appreciated that he took the time to discuss my concern and make recommendations suitable to my house situation. He showed his caring when there is concern and addressed it to my satisfaction.

The people laid the floor were courteous and the workmanship is very good.
