I had to get some ductwork moved since I was finishing our basement. My usual provider (a successful company here on Homestars) was too busy to be able to make it out and missed a few of his appointments. I called Chris at AirPlus and he responded that day and had Peter come out to estimate the morning after. Peter then scheduled to do the work 2 business days after that. I was so relieved that Peter was able to fit me in and get the work done quickly. Quality appeared quite good, but I am not a professional of ducting to know if there are issues. Nonetheless, AirPlus and Peter relieved much stress for me by being prompt, very professional, and available. Thanks!
