Was happy with the prompt and thorough service from Aire One. My only complaint is that the job came in over budget. It was explained to me that this was because there was a safety issue that came up and needed to be dealt with; I was very grateful to the technician for addressing this and ensuring the safety of my home. However, even taking that extra time into account, the original estimate still seems like it was a lowball.
It also wasn't initially made clear to me that I'd need to book a second appointment to perform a final hook-up step for the stove.
