we needed a new furnace, the men that installed it did a very good job considering the furnace that was to be installed did not fit and they arranged for the proper one. If we have any reservations about this company it would be the original contact .

I knew you originally contacted us when you saw our crew installing the furnace at the neighbour's house. I wasn't aware of any issues with the original contact.
