Heating & Air Conditioning review in Guelph

I recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. When installing the furnace, the central vac had to be removed. The salesman assured me in WRITING, that Aire One would re-install the vac, when the job was finished. Unfortunately, this was NOT done ! I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to resolve this matter with the salesman.
After some time, the general manager, Kevin G., called me, and resolved the issue in a professional, courteous manner. He immediately sent technicians, Jerry and Austin, to re-install my vac, which was a straight-forward job.
Now, I'm a happy Aire One customer.

I apologize for not being informed that we needed to return to your house and re-install the central vac. The minute I learned there was a problem we dispatched a crew to go to Guelph next morning and, just like you mention in your review, the job was done very fast. Thank you for giving AIre One the chance to install everything to your satisfaction.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Guelph

I recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. When the installers, along with the salesman, arrived to install the furnace, they informed me that my furnace room did not meet the present building code conditions, and that they'd have to remove my central vac. The salesman agreed in writing that they would re-connect the vac in another location, which we quickly agreed upon. When time came to install the vac, Aire One refused with no explanation in spite of the fact the salesman kept promising in writing by e-mail to do so!
Because I'm a senior in poor health,and a minority to boot, it appears to me that Aire One decided that I was a push-over and decided not to fulfill their promise! I certainly will not be recommending Aire One to any of my neighbours who need new furnaces and air conditioners ! A very unhappy customer in Guelph !
