Jason the service technician was polite and professional. He made some simple suggestions to improve the air flow in our home. He also provided us with a thorough explanation of the benefits of having our ducts cleaned and installing a humidifier but there was no pressure to purchase these extras. We are thoroughly impressed with Aire One and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Dear Michelle, we are happy to hear that you did not consider our technician's suggestions as being pushy. We always train our techs to inform the customers of the benefits of air quality products. Most times the people we visit do not know the solutions to their problems.
