Alla tackled my gas fireplace which was exceptionally difficult to take the front off. He persevered and was successful. He explained the pilot light options and I was able to decide confidently. My gas fireplace is working beautifully now.
He was patient, very knowledgeable, polite and professional.
He also outlined the maintenance plans. I took the fireplace plan with a view to more.
