Our service person, Mick, was excellent. Arrived on time was polite and professional. Very thorough. He explained to me what he was doing as i was interested in knowing. Gave me some simple tips for care of my (,attached) humidifer . Gave me some options to discuss with sales personnel re heat pimps and AC when i asked about these.
Very helpful.
