I am a single mother and had a technician come in to look at my thermostat. He replaced it with a smart thermostat claiming it will be more reliable than the one I purchased for $40 at a hardware store. AirOne had a servicing special that weekend for $79; he added an additional $149 to install the thermostat and then charged me DOUBLE the website listed price for the product. I called AirOne straight away once I noticed the website price and have left three messages with three people and each time I am told the customer service person is not available. I have been a loyal customer for 12 years and will NEVER work with this company again.
