Advanced Plumbing

Contacted Advanced after finding them on here, had an appointment booked an hour after I left a message, and had them come by to fix the issue the next day. They repaired a burst line, capped off and disconnected my broken humidifier line, and fixed an improperly installed drainage valve within a couple of hours. They also gave me a quote for moving around all the pipes in my laundry room at the same time, so looks like there is already a new project planned for the spring!

Needed a plumbing company after moving into a new place and have definitely found the one I will be sticking with. :)

After trying to fix our slow kitchen sink drain ourselves we managed to totally plug it up so the water wouldnt drain at all. LOL. We called Advanced plumbing in the morning and they were able to send someone a few hours later. Ian and his assistant were friendly, professional and patiently answered all our questions. They cleaned a lovely mixture of smelly grease and hair clogging the pipe. They were also able to tighten the sink strainer which had been leaking. (Probably not what its called but whatever it is, they fixed it) I would not hesitate to use them again for any future plumbing needs but, fingers crossed, we wont need to.

Had a hard time finding a plumber comfortable installing a new hybrid/heat pump water heater and disconnecting existing rental gas tank. Advanced Plumbing provided a reasonable quote, and the work was timely and thorough. Would use again.

Aman was really helpful in diagnosing two leaks from two upstairs washrooms (onto the main level). He was really knowledgeable about everything and took the time to really find out the source of the leaks, explain and educate us about what was happening. One leak ended up being a non-issue, but the second leak turned out to be a bigger job (full shower floor replacement). He was really good at answer a ton of questions we had about everything.

Aman was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the steps and answer my questions. I was very happy with the service and also that they were able to fit me in the same day (a day earlier than my scheduled appointment). I will definitely be calling them again for more plumbing work. I hired Advanced to replace a couple of 70 year old hose shut off valves that leaked every time you used them. Ian was fast, friendly, polite, and did a very professional looking bit of solder work. I can relax now knowing that these things are not going to flood my basement!

The 15 year old sump pump was malfunctioning and leaking, so I asked to replace it with a new one. From the estimate to the end of actual work, Ian always kept the promised time and finished it quickly and neatly. Ian kindly explained the entire process and cleaned up the workspace.
