The plumber, Ian, was professional and nice. He was able to give us a quote and worked to fix a leak in our basement that would happen any time we turned on the garden hose. We are happy with the service and would recommend.

My mother's bathroom toilet broke unexpectedly in middle of the night and Greg answered my panic call promptly, which I was beyond grateful for. He understood this was for my handicapped mother and he promised to send Andrei next morning as soon as possible. Andrei was professional, courteous, and so efficient that I can only rave about. Toilet leak due to previously poor attempts at replacing the gasket. Very professional and respectful to work with.

Andre arrived on time and set about figuring out the issue. He gave me two alternatives for the repair (fixing or replacing a damaged part), and once I chose he set about repairing the bidet. He then tested for leaks and invited me to do the same. No time wasted and a job well done.

Very happy with the prompt and friendly service. Ian gave us useful advice and did not try to up-sell. Cleared the drain and fixed an old toilet for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them back when we renovate our kitchen.

George is professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain the situation and answer our questions. The scope of work involved using a camera and flex shaft machine to clear the grease and root accumulation of the underground pipe. He executed his work with care and thoroughness . Had a drain issue around the city connection that was causing issues, they went out of their way to figure it out and provide a solution, didn't charge extra for the hassle. Also fixed a leaking water line. Haven't had any further issues after 4 years.

Price wise, they have standard rates but don't have any hidden costs and are straight forward with their pricing, so overall cheaper than other companies while providing the best quality.
