Replaced sump pump.

The 15 year old sump pump was malfunctioning and leaking, so I asked to replace it with a new one. From the estimate to the end of actual work, Ian always kept the promised time and finished it quickly and neatly. Ian kindly explained the entire process and cleaned up the workspace. He was very nice and perfect. Thanks.

Faucet replacement and caulking

We have use Advance plumbing services for the past few years (thawing frozen pipes ). This time Andre came by to replace a vanity faucet. Due to the vanity design, the faucet could not be easily removed or replaced. He suggested removal of the sink/counter to complete the replacement of faucet. He replaced the trap when it was found to be corroded. Bathtub caulked, everything replaced with care.
