Faucet replacement and caulking

We have use Advance plumbing services for the past few years (thawing frozen pipes ). This time Andre came by to replace a vanity faucet. Due to the vanity design, the faucet could not be easily removed or replaced. He suggested removal of the sink/counter to complete the replacement of faucet. He replaced the trap when it was found to be corroded. Bathtub caulked, everything replaced with care.
