This was a tricky window replacement job for several reasons, including the restricted access to some of the windows. The front bay window was always going to be the biggest problem given the height of the window and the steep slope in the driveway. David Starr and his team (the main installer was super friendly and helpful) somehow managed to pull it off in a single day - I left an old house to go to work in the morning and I came back to a vastly better new house at the end of the day. The windows fit perfectly, and the installation work was great. And, the quality of the windows is impressive. Thank you A1 Windows!

We contracted A1 to replace all the windows in our 1950's era bungalow. A1 were responsive, prompt, and professional with all aspects of the project, from preparing an estimate, visiting to make measurements, discussing options by phone, through the installation and completion of the work. It was a pleasure to talk with their very knowledgeable sales representative (David) by phone - he answered all of my questions with patience and good humour, and was willing to explore and advise on alternative ideas. The windows were ready at the scheduled time and were installed neatly and efficiently. The entire project from initial enquiry through completion was carried out in a time frame of a couple of months. We are very pleased with the results.

I had my windows replaced by A1 Windows 10 years ago. I had noticed in the last couple of months on the livingroom window the glass was separating from the frame. When I got a chance to call A1 Windows, I realized I was just over my 10 year warranty. I spoke to Sarb and he assured me he will have a service tech come by and assess the problem. We are very happy with our experience with A1 Windows. The sales rep, David, was very knowledgeable. He attended the house and took measurements and prepared the quote (the final price was true to quote). He had great suggestions to meet our needs and we opted to replace our dark frame 30+ year old windows with 13 new vinyl windows and the results are amazing - so quiet, warm and bright! The installation was done by Bobby and his team who did a great job. He provided us with options for how the windows would look on the exterior of the house. They were able to install in a way that matched the windows in our addition. The installation team were very respectful of our home. They put down drop cloths, caulked the windows neatly, cleaned up fully inside and out, and even vacuumed. The owner of the company stopped by during the installation to check on the progress. We couldn't be happier with the service, the appearance, and quality of the windows we received from A1 Windows - we highly recommend this company.
