We decided to replace our balcony doors using A1 windows as other apartments in our building had used them and recommended them to us.
A1 were prompt to schedule a measurement date and were very conscious of our space and dealt with everything very quickly.
Our only issue was once we were booked in with a date for the install, the glass was delayed and we had to reschedule. It was unfortunate that the communication wasn’t great at letting us know this very far in advance. However, once confirmed the glass was ready a date was set and stuck to!
The work itself is wonderful! Ranjit, Mandeep and Mani were amazing. They were considerate, professional, prompt, and went above and beyond with clean up. No disruptions, no issues - fantastic installation service. We can’t thank them enough!
