Contracted A1 Window to replace all windows and doors in 2018. We never have any issue with their products.
In July, My husband accidentally tempered the window in the kitchen so it won't opened.
After the initial ran around they did to me, A1 window eventually sent 2 technicians to my house to perform a minor adjustment without charge.
The technicians are polite, both practice COVID-19 precaution- wearing masks, keep physical distancing. They also explained well the cause and the way they repaired it.
