They responded to my request for a quote quickly and booked my appointment within a couple of days. My sofa, carpeted stairs and mattress are only five years old. The water was still very dirty. They were very kind and efficient and even arrived about 15 minutes early. (They called first.) I probably should have done this earlier. Yuck!
